Le "Un Pratique Approche to Avancé Donnéesbases" consists de le advanced topics en le databases. Undergraduate students de engineering will study up to le relational databases, advanced data bases contain object oriented data bases concepts which are help full en le modeling de complex data bases. This proposed book consists de totally six topics which briefly giving le explanation de object oriented databases, XML, Parallel data bases, Temporal & spatial databases, distributed databases et multimedia data bases. In le first unit object oriented databases is discussed. It is covering le topics sur advantages de using OODBMS, complex data types. Applications de Persistent programming languages ,ODL. Accessing objects en RDBMS is discussed. In le second unit it is describing le XML language .Syntax de XML schema ,Comparison de XML et relational model. Application interface to XML et converting XML to relational data base is also discussed. In le third unit is about parallel databases. Complete details de parallel databases are discussed. Three case studies are considered to give practical approach to parallel data bases. Un topic sur how create le parallel data base is also discussed. In fourth unit temporal et spatial data bases are discussed en le point de data structures to be used. Query processing et query optimization is discussed. Where ever it is possible by taking le help de SQL examples ,concept is explained. In fifth unit it is clearly giving le details de distributed data bases. In this unit architecture is considered. Un detail discussion sur Distributed links are presented. Concurrency control en distributed system is discussed en terms de protocols . Examples are considered where ever is necessary. Sixth unit is very interesting now a days en databases not only storing text we are storing le images also, so le multimedia databases how they store le image, et when ever required how retrieve it is focused as le part de MMDBMS. All concepts en le textbook are explained avec le practical oriented approach.
