First part is introduction to mushroom cultivation in which general morphology of gilled mushroom and the pre-requisites for mushroom cultivation is mentioned. Second part of the book is based on mushroom cultivation technology. In this part, the cultivation of Agaricus, Pleurotus, Volvariella, maitake and shiitake have been discussed. The cultivation of medicinally important mushroom is also mentioned in this part of book. Third part is related with the pre-harvest and post-harvest management of crops.
