The book examines the fundamental principles and facts that underline current practical applications of DNA, Fermentors and techniques of Biotechnology, describes these applications and examines future prospects for related technologies. As usual in books on biotechnology, judgments on appropriate categories of products for inclusion have been made. This reviewer considers the content to be appropriate but there are a few surprises.
